I agree. There is a line when it is too much. There have been studies that obesity is a disease. But not all that are fat aren't sexy. To be honest, I find a little extra weight to be sexy.StrawberryMilkshake wrote: ↑Wed Sep 25, 2019 10:00 pmIt all depends on what your definition of fat is.
There are some people who will say that fat is when you can no longer see your toes, other people will say it's when you are physically unable to function, and some people will cry fat at the sight of a small and healthy roll.
I can already hear you saying that there's a BMI to tell you whether you're fat or not, but this is not true. Have an athlete do a BMI test, I can guarantee you that their BMI will say they're obese. A BMI test does not weigh in the fact that muscles weigh more than fat.
The only way to tell whether you've got too much fat is to listen to your body.
But being fat doesn't mean you're not beautiful. There are tons of people out there who absolutely blow my mind with their image. It's all a matter of taste. And let's be honest, at the end of the day, it's the inside which makes a person beautiful, not the outside.
You could be the hottest chick in the whole wide world and have people begging at your feet to hear you fart, but if the inside is rotten, I honestly couldn't care less about the outside.
It took me years to figure this out and honestly, I'm still struggling with believing this on some days. But when push comes to shove, I'd rather have a little more fat on me and have a beautiful soul than be the hottest chick on Earth and be rotten on the inside.
